A Big Cooldown…..Just What We Needed….

Fri. Apr. 6, 2012…. A big cool down is upon us. Pulled into Wolf Laurel, NC last night and its chilly—-and I am loving it. High 30sF feels pretty cool after the 80s of the past week. That’s a 50F temperature swing. Looking forward to seeing what the cool temps do. Hopefully it will get the bugs going again.

Will be guiding Jeff Holcombe and Don Swaim, and a couple of friends. Looking forward to a cool but dry day. We just headed out from the cabin in Wolf Laurel, Madison County, the fog is so heavy you can barely see past the hood of the vehicle. And to top off the morning we just nearly hit a nice trophy buck.

Will have a report once we are on the river…

More to come….
